The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development has announced that court-annexed mediation will be implemented in certain selected courts across the country, from 1 August 2014.Rules for court-annexed mediation were published in the Gazette on 18 March 2014, under Notice No: 37448 and a corresponding Mediation Rules Booklet has been made available.
